You will be assigned to a telemarketing sales team as permanent employee. This tele-sales team will be responsible contact existing customer base to sell insurance products by leveraging our partnership with AIA.
- To make outbound call to Citibank credit card customer to cross sell customer need based insurance product using consultative selling technique.
- Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of an effective telephone process.
- To follow the sales submission and voice recording process accurately
- To register sales and update all relevant information in the application system
- To meet KPIs on daily, weekly and monthly basis based on total calls, new leads touched, talk time and total sales achieved.
- To ensure adherence to Bank’s Compliance & Control policy and processes
- Self-motivated and committed, with a desire to achieve goals and targets
- Confident telephone skills
- Good closing skills.
- The ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Strong listening skills.
- Additional languages would be advantageous
- Education – Minimum SPM qualification (minimum 5 passes including BM). Preferably degree/diploma
- Insurance license Certifications (PCE-Life)
