The role is
a great opportunity to join the technology team. The role will be working with
both the business and the technology stakeholders to identify problems, elicit
requirements, define solutions, conduct demo and obtain sign-offs.
In this
fast paced environment candidates must be able to prioritize tasks, work within

to details. You will need to employ strong oral and written communication
skills, necessary to effectively produce client solutions within the Citi
Markets Technology area.
Job Responsibilities:

Participate
and communicate status/impact from industry meetings and workshops

Foster
& maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and
development team members
·
Conduct
effective requirement reviews to improve the quality of requirement definition.

Understand,
document and communicate system logic and business processes to non-technical
interested parties

Establish
a course of action to accomplish specific goals.

Work
with business stakeholders and technology leads to define and document
technology solutions for complex business requirements

the collation & consolidation of project updates on a regular basis

update and improve business and project methodologies

Job Qualifications/Skills/Knowledges:

Educated
to bachelor degree level or equivalent
·
Excellent
verbal and written English; good communication and negotiation skill

Self-starter
and ability to work independently
·
Ability
to interact professionally with senior management
·
Strong
computer skills, especially Excel, Visio, Power Point, Ms Project and Share
Point
·
Knowledge
of Derivative Markets and Trading Technologies

Use of
Agile Methodology and act as the business owner in scrums

to produce use cases representing complex business workflow scenarios

Ability
to represent technical direction
·
Business
and System Analyst background preferably within the Investment Banking and
Consultancy industry

About CSTC ICG Tech:

Major Business
CSTC ICG Tech Department provides Software
development; testing and maintenance support for Citi’s Institutional Clients
Group (ICG) Together with technical teams in New York, London, HK, Singapore
and some other cities, the organization provide services to global business.
CSTC ICG Tech department mainly supports MSS (Markets and Securities
Services) of ICG, which is one of the key businesses of investment bank
industry globally. MSS span a broad range of asset classes, currencies, sectors
and products, which include equities, commodities, credit, futures, foreign
exchange, emerging markets, G10 rates, municipals, prime finance and securitized
markets. CSTC ICG Tech department also covers a little Corporate Bank business,
and is growing this area.

Working Model
Teams in China work with the global tech
team together as unique tech team to provide technical services to specific
Bank businesses. Teams in China need direct contact global technical team
members, as well as global bank business users.
The team members direct reports to local
managers. From project management perspective, the center gets both cases of PM
in house and in remote locations.
