Responsible for managing a portfolio of non-borrowing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the area of deposits, account transactions, foreign exchange, trade and wealth management. Required to engage clients for New-To-Product (NTP) opportunities and servicing daily banking needs. Additional responsibilities include acquisition and onboarding New-To-Bank (NTB) clients and referrals to other banking segments. Adherence to AML and compliance standards such as KYC and client reviews is mandatory. Job role is an integral part of the frontline and sales function and performance is directly measurable and rewarded.
