About the Role
Provide clinical skills, support and education to patients/clients and nursing staff within the Unit to ensure the provision of best practice and quality patient care. The role of the Registered Nurse in this rural setting incorporates all aspects of nursing care.
Practises independently and interdependently.
Assumes accountability and responsibility for own actions and delegation of care to enrolled nurses, assistants in nursing and health care workers.
Demonstrates evidence of increasing autonomy and exercises greater levels of professional judgement in the clinical environment as the employee moves from a beginning to experienced practitioner.
The total remuneration value of up to $98,483 p.a., is comprised of: salary between $67,295 - $86,316 p.a., (Nurse Grade 5); employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%); annual leave loading (17.5%); Accommodation and rent assistance available - conditions apply; Permanent full-time/part-time; Applications will remain current for 12 months.
