Description
 
  • Penetrate and strengthen client relationship through the provision of high quality banking solutions and professional advices
  • Build close working relationships with internal partners locally and across countries and regions to cross-sell multiple products to digital clients to achieve revenue target and support cross-border sales opportunities
  • Lead and ensure smooth deal execution by team efforts and work closely with operation team to resolve complex service issues and to ensure quality service delivery to customers
  • Work jointly with digital bankers and risk team to support client’s credit needs
  • Ensure all deals and client interactions are in compliance with local country regulations and Citi policies.

 


Qualifications
 
  • Client centric mindset and banking experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure where continuous adaptability is required
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and result-driven
  • Natural Team Player - Having an adaptable/flexible approach; willing to work in a co-operative manner to fulfil client and internal requirements
  • Verbal and Written Communication and Presentation skills – compelling client presentations, as well as communicating the detail of client relationship situations to internal contacts simply and succinctly
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
