Focus on business development in digital segment which includes identifying, sourcing, targeting, and actively calling on prospects to bring new full relationships, strategically focusing on those targets with the most opportunity to leverage Citi's value proposition
Work closely with product partner and global functions partners to deliver solutions and best service to both existing and new digital clients
Stay close with clients / market and able to bring back market intelligence and innovative ideas for product development
Strictly adhere to internal control policies and ensure that the organization’s activities are carried out in accordance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations
Client centric mindset and banking and client facing experience is preferred (solid client relationship management with proven track records)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure where continuous adaptability is required
Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
Proven capacity to scan new ideas, cognitive capability to absorb them and translate the new learnings into productive actions
Foster corporative relationships and demonstrate “role model” characteristics to the team
Self-motivated, aggressive and result-driven
