From day-to-day management for vendor and cross dept. interaction and coordination, and is able to troubleshoot and solves all work related problems quickly and efficiently
Able to complete every 3rd party management required monitoring timely.
To perform risk management activities in the ongoing monitoring phase and complete various assessments which come from Global TPU(Third Party Utility) and work with vendor to mitigate and drive risk reduction for any risk assessment results with exposures
Support internal audit, external regulator and client inquiries as needed
Support various country Cards projects and co-work with project team and key stakeholders to find out the best practice and to fulfill Biz requirement
Develop best operating model with standard procedures
The role extends to the execution of initiatives in support Business to meet saves, risk and control, re-engineering and digitization targets
2+ years of relevant work experience in Banking or Credit card related business
University graduated or above. Good English & Chinese writing, reading and conversion ability
Strong people & project management skills, ability to solve multi-dimensional problems and written / verbal communication interpersonal
Able to work multi-tasks and execute in line with priorities and dependencies under stress and high efficiency
Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with all levels, internal(country and regional) and external
Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective
Aggressive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure and deadline
