Description
 
  • From day-to-day management for vendor and cross dept. interaction and coordination, and is able to troubleshoot and solves all work related problems quickly and efficiently
  • Able to complete every 3rd party management required monitoring timely.
  • To perform risk management activities in the ongoing monitoring phase and complete various assessments which come from Global TPU(Third Party Utility) and work with vendor to mitigate and drive risk reduction for any risk assessment results with exposures
  • Support internal audit, external regulator and client inquiries as needed
  • Support various country Cards projects and co-work with project team and key stakeholders to find out the best practice and to fulfill Biz requirement
  • Develop best operating model with standard procedures
  • The role extends to the execution of initiatives in support Business to meet saves, risk and control, re-engineering and digitization targets
  • 負責委外廠商作業,需與相關單位共同合作。
  • 負責擔任委外廠商與內部相關單位連絡之窗口,且確保委外廠商作業能如期完成所有案件,並確認品質無虞。
  • 定期監控委外廠商的作業產能效率和品質的提升。
  • 協助委外廠商提昇作業流程效率化以提升作業產能。
  • 協助專案的設計、開發、討論和測試。

 


Qualifications
 
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Banking or Credit card related business
  • University graduated or above. Good English & Chinese writing, reading and conversion ability
  • Strong people & project management skills, ability to solve multi-dimensional problems and written / verbal communication interpersonal
  • Able to work multi-tasks and execute in line with priorities and dependencies under stress and high efficiency
  • Good communication and negotiation skills to interact with all levels, internal(country and regional) and external
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective
  • Aggressive, goal-oriented, and able to perform under pressure and deadline
  • 需二~三年以上銀行相關工作經驗者佳。
  • 熟悉銀行業務/信用卡作業系統者佳。
  • 個性開朗積極、溝通技巧良好、能獨立完成作業。
  • 抗壓性高,穩定性並且可獨立工作。
  • 能自我激勵、細心、負責、人際關係佳,具解決問題能力。
  • 需具備團隊合作的精神。
  • 英文說讀寫能力佳。
