The individual in this role will work collaboratively with Recruiting team members and the Hiring Managers across multiple businesses and locations within Consumer Operations to meet the business talent needs in one or more markets. -Partners with business managers in a consultative and strategic capacity to identify and hire quality talent for Corporate Functions and Operations businesses such as Credit Card Operationsand Bank Operations. - Supports high volume hiring across multiple businesses and functions-Determines appropriate recruiting strategies based on position competencies and requirements.-Performs targeted candidate searches using active and passive sourcing strategies: internal talent; employee referrals; LinkedIn; community outreach; networking; online: job boards, SEO/SEM; social media.-Consults with hiring manager throughout the selection process.-Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process.-Partners with HR Generalists to set competitive compensation packages and extends offers to selected candidates.-Maintains accuracy of candidate status in Taleo throughout the entire recruiting process.-Implements and supports diversity recruiting efforts.
Qualifications
 -BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
-3-5+ years as a professional recruiter with experience in corporate and agency preferred
-Previous high volume or call center hiring experience highly desired-Performs successfully in a high change environment; Able to quickly and effectively transition between tasks. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
-Proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills 
-Possesses a strategic and consultative approach to recruiting
-Support of remote clients and able to manage hiring across multiple sites highly desired
-Experienced with both passive search and direct hiring 
-Experience recruiting within a complex organization preferred
-Knowledge of Financial Services a plus
-Proven client and candidate development skills
-Client Service Orientation; Teamwork & Communication Skills 
-Negotiation skills and consultative skills
-Proven knowledge and execution skills in a recruiting organization with strong requirements for process, compliance and technology
-Must be able to work independently, as well, as in a team environment 
-Solid organizational and time management skills
-Computer proficiency in Windows based programs, MS Office, Internet recruiting, Taleo highly desired
