DM head is responsible for partnering with the business teams across consumer bank to formulate, drive and embed analytical based solutions across consumer bank, manage and deliver key initiatives including marketing and customer service campaigns.
Manage core functional areas on Data management, analytical development, drive big data initiatives, reporting to portfolio trends, customer insights and customer campaign management, CRM, execution and tracking program.
Manage the data governance council, ensuring data accuracy for all critical data elements for regulatory reporting and business critical decisions. The role is responsible for developing, managing and enhancing data assets on Citi internal information.
The role also involves oversight responsibilities on managing offshore teams that support VN Decision management functions.
Engage and manage 5 direct reports, provide necessary support and coaching to team members.
Bachelor degrees in major of Finance / Statistics /Econometrics/ Mathematics /Computer Sciences
At least 9+ years working experience in Financial data and analytics area
Proven leadership experience.
Strong logical, analytical, numerical abilities and problem solving skills.
Good command of SAS and SQL, other statistical and data management software knowledge a plus
Good team player, self-motivated and proactive at work, demonstrated ability to follow through to execution
Strong Project Management Skills, ability to lead cross functional teams towards a common vision.
Experience in working with large volumes of data and database building is a plus
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment, supporting multiple businesses and developing collaborative relationship to achieve business goals.
