The Senior Manager Line Maintenance is responsible for the management of all the Line Maintenance operations while ensuring that all maintenance activities are accomplished in a timely manner to the defined QCAA/EASA Part-145 requirements and Quality standards required by company procedures. As a successful candidate for this role, you are required to achieve/surpassed the desired TDR or and to ensure the reduction in outstanding defects by continuous monitoring of the fleet maintenance in timely and safe manner. You will ensure that optimum resources are always available to accomplish required maintenance and to drive productivity improvement in the staff utilization.
Key job responsibilities include:
You must have relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level. You are a Licensed Aircraft Engineer holding appropriate Type ratings.
You are required to have an overall 10 years of job related experience with 5 years in management role in Line Maintenance for a large Airline. You have strong Aeronautical and Airline background with sound knowledge of modern aircraft and engine systems. You are able to work in a highly pressurized working environment with high volume activities within 24/7 shift pattern. You have very good exposure to operational and tactical decision making and able to prioritize sequential completion of task and process.
You must have good managerial skills with the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. You are able to work under pressure and within tight timeframes and deadlines. You have exceptional people values; very adept at bringing out strengths in others. You inspire and motivate teams and individuals to meet the organization's vision and goals. You have the ability to provide a conducive work place that fosters the development of others, facilitates cooperation and teamwork. You have strong service orientation and cross cultural awareness.
