APAC Campus Recruitment and Program Management Team is seeking an AVP, Campus Recruiter and Program Manager, to join Citi Singapore Campus Team. Based in Singapore, the AVP will be responsible for ensuring that the highest caliber candidates are attracted to Citi through appropriate on campus marketing and effective screening of candidates. This role will manage the campus recruiting and program manage deliverables for a selected group of businesses in Citi Singapore covering both summer internship and full-time recruiting efforts.  


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Plan and execute all on-campus and in-house recruitment activities including presentations, office visits, networking events, and interviews
  • Manage relationships with key contacts in the business and at university career centers
  • Serve as primary resource for candidates throughout the recruiting process – be able to market the Firm, answer questions and communicate candidate status
  • Update and monitor online applicant tracking system for schools/businesses and report on entry hiring statistics as requested
  • Manage summer intern programs including onboarding, training, placements, events, performance management and offers
  • Manage full time business analysts in various programs, covering rotation planning, performance management, career counselling, training, and retention etc.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed  

Qualifications
 
  • 5+ years of campus recruiting or other relevant experience
  • Experienced in early talent recruitment and/or development; good HR working knowledge
  • Desire to be in a service-oriented environment with enthusiasm and high level of interest in Human Resources and Campus Recruitment & Program Management
  • Ability to prioritize as needed while handling multiple time-sensitive projects and maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills, work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Strong communication, writing and oral presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels of management, including very senior interactions and expectations
  • Strong technical skills, including significant experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility for travel and to work some early morning and evening hours as needed during peak seasons
