You are tasked to acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) customers by cross-selling Citi Priority proposition to individual customers, companies, and emerging affluent segments. You will help organize Citi Priority events and prepare marketing materials, as well as conduct telesales activities to emerging affluent segment clients. In addition, you shall engage Branch Banking Managers and Personal Bankers, Internal partners , Citi at work and through strategic alliances to increase overall NTB Citi Priority for assigned branch and the platform. At the same time, maintain regular MIS of Citi Priority acquisition sales for department.
If you are a tertiary diploma holder with at least 1 year of excellent retail banking sales experience, this position will appeal to you. You should also possess new relationship acquisition skills and be competent in Microsoft Office. Highly motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal and events management skills will have every opportunity to excel.
