  • Support post account opening maintenance/entity structure review functions of Citi Private Bank  Client Onboarding
  • Review of change of entity structure documentation 
  • Perform checker role  for the account maintenance
  • Perform checker role for P&P remediation and P&P BAU
  • Provide coaching and training to outsourced service provider
  • Perform system UAT
  • Supporting Marketing on queries
  • Ad hoc projects

 

 

 


Qualifications
 
  • Degree in Banking & Finance with 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in client onboarding unit 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Strong team player and ability to work independently
  • Fast learner
  • Meticulous and organized
