DEPARTMENT: Portfolio & Campaign Analytics

 

LOCATION: Bangalore

 

A. Business / Department Objective

 

DEPARTMENT (Portfolio & Campaign Analytics) Objectives:

  • Deliver analytics-driven insights into Customer engagement & behavior, product and channel preferences, UX (Browser, APP), relevance & profitability of Marketing offers, and campaigns.
  • Translate insights into actionable Marketing interventions
  • Design & implement robust campaign targeting & measurement frameworks.
  • Set up a calendar of initiatives to Test & optimize different levers like Offer-constructs, Contact-strategies

Financial/ Budgetary: No

 

Individual Contributor (IC)/Managerial: Individual Contributor

 

Skill Set required:

  • Proven application of Analytics to solve business problems

Percentage of Travel: Not expected

Education (Required):

  • Postgraduate i.e. MBA  or Masters

Education (Preferred):

  • Education in a quantitative field like Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Operations Research

Experience (Required):

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in delivering Analytical solutions

    • Channel preferences
    • UX optimization
    • Relationship Manager Benchmarking
    • Acquisition, Deepening and Attrition KPI tracking by segments
  • Campaign Analytics:
    • Contact Optimization
      • Channel, Resting, Sequencing
      • Customer level vs Campaign level optimization
    • Targeting Frameworks – Relevance, Efficiency, Profitability
    • Suppressions rationalization & Universe Expansion
    • Test & Learn - AB & MVT
    • Forecasting
    • Campaign Financials and P&L Simulation
    • Campaign Performance (Lift, Persistence, ROI) & feedback loop
    • Triggers
  • Digital Analytics to support Digital Banking initiatives
  • Team Responsibilities:
