  • Package and dispatch account opening and maintenance related documents
  • Explain documentation related enquiries via phone or mail in Chinese or English
  • Communicate and follow up with clients and business partners for early issue resolve and documentation execution
  • Receive and review documentation for account opening and maintenance
  • Conduct sanction checks, authority verification and any other checks required by regulator or corporate policy
  • Establish and maintain permanent files, file, retrieve, image and lodge documents for safekeeping
  • Maintain metrics & Issues for report generation and process management and improvement
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the team leader

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree educational level and 2 years’ work experience, good command of both written and verbal English
  • Knowledge common office procedures and practices including professional telephone communication, MS Office applications and record keeping
  • Knowledge of professional business communication, including style and format of letters, emails and internal memos
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently under pressure, take initiatives, multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Thorough, meticulous and organized, with dedicated follow though
  • Assertive team player, active learner, customer focused attitude towards both internal and external customers
  • Legal, Banking, Documentation or Operations experience would have a strong advantage.
