The responsibilities of the Team Coordinator are as follows: • Develop strong working relationships with WIPRO Vendor, external lenders, front office and servicing teams within Global Loans. • Manages Borrower, Front Office and External lender escalations.• Provide appropriate feedback around Operations abilities and limitations in supporting the clients’ needs.• Lead Loan Doc & Processing Team admins by providing direction and feedback in completing daily processing.• Ensure compliance of all terms of a credit agreement post- closing.• Ensure coordination with Product Control unit to ensure all revenue is recognized correctly.• Assist in the review of new business proposals with management and offer feedback in preparation of new business support.• Interface with internal risk and control units to ensure compliance with Citi standards.• Ensure all information is cascaded to all appropriate parties post deal closing handoff to agency team.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience within capital markets• Experience as a Team Lead is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively interpret legal documentation specific to capital markets transactions • Strong Organizational and time management skills • Accounting experience is an advantage • Extensive knowledge of the Flexcube product processor• Knowledge of LSTA Standard documentation• Ability to create, adjust and maintain performance metrics • Project management experience a plus • Experience identifying and improving processes within an operations environment
