The Team Coordinator for this role is responsible for managing the daily processing and KPI resolution for the Global Securitized Products/Conduits business. The responsibilities of the Team Coordinator are as follows: • Partner with Financial Controls and Technology to ensure accurate P&L Reporting, achieve results, drive change and enhance our overall control based environment. • Provide feedback to desk and senior management of any potential issues within the business lines supported.• Driver of process or procedural improvements for the team with both internal and external partners. • Develop BRDs with Technology to address operational gaps and create efficiencies. • Development of enhanced MIS and training materials to create additional transparency and ownership with the unit. • Responsible for the management of team’s core KPIs.• Develop strong performance management track record within the team and provide consistent feedback on a regular basis.• Coordinate and host conference calls with the business independently and efficiently.• Lead Loan Doc & Processing Team admins by providing direction and feedback in completing daily processing.• Ensure compliance of all terms of a credit agreement post- closing.• Assist in the review of new business proposals with management and offer feedback in preparation of new business support.
Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience within capital markets• Experience as a Team Lead/Supervisor is a plus • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively interpret legal documentation specific to capital markets transactions • Strong Organizational and time management skills • Accounting experience is an advantage • Extensive knowledge of the Flexcube product processor• Knowledge of LSTA Standard documentation• Ability to create, adjust and maintain performance metrics • Project management experience a plus • Experience identifying and improving processes within an operations environment
