Citi has made it a priority to foster a culture where the best people want to work, where individuals are promoted based on merit, where we value and demand respect for others and where opportunities to develop are widely available to all.  Position Objective:Replacement position that will enable Global SBB Risk team to continue to meet ever-increasing & mission-critical regulatory & Core Capability requirements, including CCAR 14A & 14Q, Basel, Genesis / Retail Optima, Portfolio Reporting & IFRS 9.  This role will serve as the Project Manager for CCAR / DFAST for the Small Business Workstream, responsible for both Small Business's quarterly data (14Q) and semi-annual stress test (14A) submissions.  He / she will report to the Global Small Business Banking (SBB) Risk Head within the Global Commercial Independent Risk organization.  Global SBB is a $10 billion loan portfolio spanning 10 countries in the U.S., Mexico & Asia, focusing on clients with annual sales up to $10 million, and addressing borrowing needs up to $3 million.  Summary of Responsibilities:As the Project Manager for CCAR / DFAST for the Small Business Workstream, this person will be responsible for both Small Business’s quarterly data (14Q) and semi-annual stress test (14A) submissions. He / she will work closely with all members of the Global SBB Risk team, especially the Workstream Lead and Executive Sponsor for CCAR / DFAST.  In addition, he / she will interface with all levels of Commercial Risk staff (including seniors) around the globe as well as Risk, Finance, Technology and FCR / Audit partners outside Commercial Risk and across Citi. Because CCAR / DFAST is a critical regulatory initiative with increasing complexity and demands, this role will require strong hands-on project management capabilities, including analytical, organizational, communication and influencing skills.  The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to lead or support other critical nitiatives undertaken by the Global SBB Risk team, including Basel, Genesis / Retail Optima, Portfolio Reportig and IFRS 9.  Development Value:The intention is to provide a well-balanced knowledge base that will ultimately increase professional flexibility, backup coverage and exposure to all tasks within both this and other teams in the Global Office.  As a key part of a growing business, the Risk organization will provide the candidate a rich spectrum of opportunities for further career progression in both commercial and broader risk management.  
 Qualifications:Technical Skills:•             Highly proficient in database management, including ability to work with large data sets.•             Highly proficient in MS Office – (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).•             Strong quantitative skills, including basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, credit analytics, statistics and risk modeling.•             Basic knowledge of credit and banking products.•             Basic knowledge of credit risk management concepts and regulatory environment spanning both commercial delinquency-managed (Retail) and classifiably-managed (Wholesale) portfolio management. Non-Technical Skills:•             BS or BA and Risk Management experience preferred.•             Strong organizational skills in demanding environment, including ability to work independently, prioritize workload, demonstrate attention to detail and meet deadlines.•             Strong written and verbal skills, including ability to communicate concisely and clearly.Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to work in teams as well as willingness to take initiative, learn quickly and expand responsibilities rapidly.  EEO Statement: Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
