Description
 Responsibilities:
  • Manage the development and implementation of product and marketing propositions for assigned product launch and to support and drive sales and activity level for assigned segment
  • In-charge of maintenance of assigned product programs for Bancassurance including product and process management
  • Participate in cross-functional projects with in-country and local franchise distribution teams to help increase awareness and customer knowledge on important financial planning and risk management needs of our customer in areas of basic protection, wealth accumulation, retirement, legacy planning, etc
  • Work with internal teams on quarterly marketing calendar / quarterly proposition-led activities and may include campaigns, seminars, digital, ATL, BTL etc for sales acquisition and engagement of customers for assigned segment
  • Responsible for marketing life insurance business which includes conceptualization to development to go-to-market product
  • Work with AIA on research for market intelligence (products intelligence, competitors intelligence, customer intelligence) to support the key propositions for assigned segment
  • Partnering with segments and marketing to work out business development plans of assigned segment, in line with the value proposition
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders such as Legal, compliance, PCG, sales Compliance, AIA, region teams etc to ensure product, technology infrastructure and operational processes are able to support the assigned product launch / growth of Bancassurance sales for assigned segment.
  • Deliver product governance and control such as partners’ due diligence, master product program review, business agreements and service level agreements

 

 


Qualifications
 
  • A minimum of 8 years experience in consumer banking, insurance or financial services or relevant consulting organizations supporting the financial service industry
  • Good knowledge of life insurance industry and understanding of growth driver for Bancassurance market
  • Technical working knowledge of insurance and investment-linked sales through online and alternative channels will be advantages
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communications and strong interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively across the organization
  • Ability to execute and deliver against business goals consistently driving profitability and contribution to revenue achievement
  • Takes ownership and accountability in executing a strategy that positively transforms the business and drives operational excellence and increased revenues
  • Ability to innovate and participate in an environment that encourages creativity
