(Starting June 2019) Citi's Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) is a transitional leadership development program supporting military veterans as they exit military service. The MOLP (Ops Senior Manager Program) utilizes customized development paths to help each participant successfully gain the knowledge and develop the skills necessary to build a dynamic career in financial services management. Associates in the Military Officer Leadership Program participate in three targeted experiential learning opportunities through prescribed work assignments over a 24-month period, classroom based learning opportunities, active coaching and mentoring through interactions with assigned senior leaders and business partners, and engagement with a variety of other project and peer support initiatives.
Training:
Each Program Member's experience begins with a business orientation and immersion targeted for their specific experience level. This introductory training period is designed to fully prepare participants for success so they can hit the ground running and immediately influence the business. In addition to the business orientation and immersion, a comprehensive training & mentorship program is interlaced throughout the duration of the on-program experience. A customized approach to development has been outlined especially for Military Officer Leadership Program (MOLP) participants, and it combines classroom learning with online self-paced training modules to enhance the on-the-job experience.
