  • Citigroup's Operations and Technology Risk Management's (OTRM) Continuity of Business (CoB) Metrics Team is seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Metrics Reporting Analyst.
  • The candidate will play a key role in support of daily reporting and development of CoB Program metrics, including operational performance and risk indicators, by executing operational tasks related to the production of global reports, including the Continuity of Business Monthly Operating Review and the monthly CoB Update to the CIO Council, among others.

The responsibilities of the Metrics Reporting Analyst are as follows:

  • Execute operational tasks related to the production of global reports, including the Continuity of Business Monthly Operation Review and the CoB section of the CIO Council’s MOR, CoB-related metrics for Suppliers, and other regular reports
  • Analyze documentation, data, and metrics provided via the CoB data sources to identify risk, performance and quality issues, and significant variances and trends
  • Manipulate data stored in different databases in order to produce reports for senior management
  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of data repositories to allow production of senior management reporting
  • Use IBM COGNOS Business Intelligence tools (v11) to develop and publish online business Dashboards and Reports
  • Develop and maintain metrics reporting pages as needed by senior management
  • Keep updated with Corporate Policies, Standards, and Guidelines
  • Verify/specify requirements for embedded quality in the metrics reporting processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:  Security, IT and Operations metrics; Data integrity; Assessment and consultation; Business Process re-engineering; Executive presentation; and Communication

Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business
  • 1-year of experience involving technology information security projects, especially in Operations and Technology control metrics
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Must work well with others
  • Experience and ease in interfacing with Management and with Peers
  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Technical proficiencies in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and SharePoint a must
  • Experience using IBM COGNOS (v11) Report Studio, Active Reports, and Framework Manager for building Dashboards and Reports a plus
  • Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server is required
  • Experience with IBM COGNOS Analytics, IBM COGNOS for Microsoft Office (Go Office), and IBM InfoSphere DataStage a plus
  • Experience with SQL Server SSIS, data marts (star and snowflake schemas), and freehand SQL a plus
  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Technical proficiencies in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, and SharePoint
  • Continuity of Business (CoB), Regulatory, and Audit reporting experience a plus
