The role:
This position is to act as a single point of contact that provides high quality customer service for all ICT services offered by eHealth Queensland. Build and maintain relationships with all team members across eHealth. Liaise with and provide an escalation route as well as ongoing feedback to customers on the resolution of incidents and requests. Log all incidents/requests in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compliant tracking system.

Are you right for this role?

    • Demonstrated ability to use, or the ability to quickly learn, ServiceNow, HP OpenView Service Desk and ITIL Service Management tools and processes.
    • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.) and the ability to provide customer support in Windows XP and Windows 7/10 operating systems.
    • Experience in delivering high quality customer service and providing front line support as well as having ability to identify operational problems and contribute to their resolution.   Specific working conditions:
 
  • The ability to work extended and/or rotating shifts (24x7) as required is a condition of employment. Appropriate remuneration under the relevant Award will apply.
  • The ability to participate in on-call arrangements as required is a condition of employment.  Appropriate remuneration under the relevant Award will apply.
  • Reasonable travel as negotiated may be a requirement of this position.

The Customer Services Branch is accountable for service delivery excellence to the Department of Health.

The Customer Services Branch provides level 1 to 3 support across a highly diverse and complex range of ICT services throughout the entire state of Queensland. The branch is responsible for ensuring effective end-to-end service management and customer relationship management.
