The role: 
As the Assistant Advisor, you will provide a high standard of customer service across all stakeholders to positively represent People and Culture and provide a professional and positive experience for all.

Your duties will include:

  • Provide support and assistance on a range of human resource matters.
  • Gather, source and develop communication and information for analysis, producing reports and assisting in the development of business cases, project proposals and project documentation.
  • Produce and maintain spreadsheets, database tools, business process and project documentation.
  • Work in partnership with other People & Culture teams to implement a flexible approach to service delivery.
  • Coordinating and participating in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of human resource related topics across eHealth.

Are you right for this role?
To be successful in the role of Assistant Advisor, it would be highly desirable to have contemporary knowledge of human resource practices, including relevant legislation, industrial instruments, standards, policies, procedures and information systems.  You will have worked on projects establishing tasks and project plans to ensure delivery objectives are met with positive outcomes. 

Additionally, excellence in organising yourself and your environment whilst working within a team will be crucial to success in this role. You will show a high degree of initiative and reliability whilst working independently. 

You will be an analytical and organised problem solver, with a flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to manage competing work priorities to meet deliverables.  You will have a high level of both written and verbal communication and be comfortable communicating with stakeholders from across the organisation and community.
