About the role
The Principal House Officer provides high quality inpatient and outpatient medical services at the Emerald Hospitals with a commitment to patient safety and continuous service improvement. The position is required to provide medical services in those areas under the direct and/or indirect supervision of the senior medical staff involved and assists in the professional development and support of Resident Medical Officers and medical students.
The total remuneration value of up to $139,398 p.a., is comprised of salary between $105,377 - $122,176 p.a. (L4 - L9) or total remuneration value of up to $132,427 p.a. is comprised of salary between $105,377 - $116,066 p.a. (L4 - L7), up to 12.75% employer superannuation contribution and 17.5% leave loading.
Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD)
It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
