This role is responsible for providing Chief of Staff / Global Business Manager support to the Asia Data Governance and Global Big Data Solution Delivery organization. The position requires a candidate with general business management skills, leadership abilities and administrative experience, who can manage a variety of activities geared at helping to keep the organization in financial, staffing and compliance control. This includes building strong ties with the Finance, HR, Risk & Control and Procurement teams. As this is a diverse and global organization, the candidate will need to interact and influence different stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing all financial deliverables, financial planning, staff/resource management and senior management reporting of various initiatives and programs
  • Review and monitor the key performance indicators across the organization
  • Responsible for day to day operations (resourcing, contracting, space, training, communication)
  • Responsible in the management of relationships with partner support functions (Finance, Procurement, HR, Staffing Office, etc)
  • Embed processes in the organization that ensure ongoing headcount is accurate and that the on boarding and termination of resources is well controlled
  • Preparation of business and internal client presentations
  • Coordinate with vendors and other team members on contract financials and legal requirements to push contracts through procurement process/ensure efficient execution
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop the department culture resulting in a highly motivated, engaged, integrated and diverse workforce
  • Prepare reports, briefings and presentations on key initiatives and programs, as appropriate
  • Facilitate various management meetings, including staff meetings, monthly business reviews, etc

Qualifications
 
  • 8+ years general business management or CAO experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - will have interaction with senior technology and business managers
  • Demonstrated development, planning and execution of medium range and long term strategic plans.
  • Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with business front office and global functions colleagues across the organization
  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations
  • Demonstrated project management experience and detailed knowledge of technology products
  • Experienced in program budgeting, expense tracking and vendor financial management
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel Pivot table and PowerPoint
  • Presentation skills required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, and also under own supervision
  • Ability to work effectively in situations requiring analytical, interpretive, and problem solving techniques
