Role Outline/Job Summary
The Sky-RMs primary KRA will be insurance sales (LI and GI). This will be achieved through systematic reach out plan on a set of mapped customers. The RMs will also own the customers from a service query resolution perspective. The RMs will have a monthly Goal on revenue and number of policies being sold. All sales need to be as per the defined sales process of Citibank and adhere to the control and compliance guidelines set by the regulator.

To Reach out to mapped customers to asses and solicit insurance sales both LI and GI. To meet and overachieve goals as set by the organization.
