  •       Drive Execution of opportunities and initiatives in collaboration with the Balance sheet Management.
  •       Manage the liability product, active management of interest rate Beta when interest rates rise.
  •       Develop deeper insight into competition and find out relative opportunities for different portfolios.
  •       Identify existing core clients and up tier pricing to increase wallet/ defend balances
  •       Management of stakeholders to manage sensitivities and clients where pricing co-ordination is essential
  •       Build close working relationships with internal partners, including helping prepare materials and proposals, call on clients with sales/RM when needed, etc.
  •       Stay close with the regulatory / market and able to bring back market intelligence and innovative ideas for product development.
  •       To ensure all deals are in compliance with local country regulations and Citi policies.

  • University graduate has solid knowledge of the financial market, customer’s requirement and banking business.
  • Strong knowledge on liability and account service product and sound understanding of related regulation is preferred.
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Confident, innovative, self-motivated, result oriented, and able to look into details.
  • Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions.
  • Committed, flexible, and a good team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills, fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
