Citi Private Bank IT Business Lead Analyst-18078373 Description
Work closely with various business teams to gather Business Requirement for various project for Loan Digitization (MSBF, Capital Markets) group.
Work with global development team members located in the US, Warsaw, Pune and/or other Citi locations globally.
The role requires very strong communication, organization and planning skills to ensure strong partnership with CPB business and technology teams to ensure process standardization.
Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
Citi has strict engineering standards to follow for capturing, tracking requirement and track issues during UAT to closure. The candidate should be familiar with Business Analysis tools used.
Responsible for Supporting MSBF and Capital Markets Loans business during regular business hours.
Conduct regular project meetings with Business and all stakeholders to provide updates.
Responsible for gathering Business Requirement, working with development team to prepare functional specification, conduct Functional Specification review with Business and responsible to gather required Sign Off with various parties.
Coordination with users and other Onsite teams during UAT testing, coordinate release management with other onsite teams for various applications like OneSource, P1, Form Center etc.
Responsible for coordinating activities between internal Citi teams including Business, VA team and Information Security team.
Work in a leading banking environment learning high criticality complex Loan Origination systems
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Masters in Computer Science or related.
8+ year’s experience in similar Business Analysis role.
