  • Follow the sales specialist model to take the referral calls from hotline and covert them to be sales.
  • To timely follow up those callback cases per customer requested.
  • To achieve the pre-set individual sales targets.
  • To be able to support cross function activities whenever required.
  • To establish, maintain & manage good relationship with customers.
  • To ensure all procedure is being complied, refuse to any potential sales practice issue.
  • To strictly abide by the requirements of Compliance and Internal control on sales activities.

  • Shift Duty – 9:30 - 22:00 / Monday – Sunday.
  • Goal oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Good service attitude, strong sales-driven and persuasive.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and telesales skills.
  • Good sense on sales control & sales compliance.
