About Your Job:

In this role, you will provide general secretarial support to the Contact Centre team in Ahmedabad, India including handling of confidential and sensitive issues, requiring a high degree of discretion.  You will oversee and manage all office procedures, typing and transcription duties and other tasks assigned by your manager.  You will promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.

Operational Accountablibilies include:

  • Conducting release projects, create spreadsheets, presentations, documents and reports
  • Process staff Duty Travel requests and Visitors travel documentation including tickets, accommodation, visas etc
  • Maintain filing system and accurate staff records concerning leave, attendance, overtime, legislative requirements
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence relating to meeting minutes
  • Responds to emails, faxed and incoming post
  • Manage and maintain office and pantry supplies, requisition requests
  • Arrange participate in, and implement conferences and meetings as requested
  • Coordinate requests from Global Contact Centre Senior Management


About You:

To be successful in this role you must have completed High School and have a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience in Ahmedabad, ideally with previous Administration experience working within a multicultural organisation in either airline or hospitality.. 

You will have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written or oral form and be able to speak fluent English and Gujarati.  

You will be computer literate with a working knowledge of computer applications such as MS office.  You will also be highly organised with attention to details, have excellent time management and communication skills.
