TTS Client Operations offers world class Cash management services across the globe.  The organization provides our corporate and FI clients with implementations, transaction preparation, processing and customer service.  In striving to achieve high quality delivery the organization works closely with business partners and internal servicers. A significant focus on control, customer service and quality is practiced at the transaction and process levels.


A component of Regional Trade Operations, the UAT and Production Readiness Team is responsible delivery of the enhancements/operational ask and manage the project delivery with all aspects of UAT planning and test execution for various Regional and Global Cash and ensures Business and Operations readiness for changes within the Cash Operations environment.


SME/BA role is responsible for requirement gathering, feasibility study, solution for the projects, identify the right platforms, suggest process improvements and project planning.  Project management, Manage the Book of Work, Funding, approvals for the projects, Monitor and track the Technology delivery for multiple software releases for cash applications in the region. Work effectively in complex and diverse technology and operating environment.

  • For the regional Trade projects assisting with business case, review business requirements, gap analysis, feasibility study in long term benefit, requirement and solution review with stakeholders
  • Finalize the project plan with stakeholders and track closely for successful project delivery
  • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
  • Meet with end users to understand business needs, write requirements, conduct walkthroughs on requirement documents and obtain Project Sponsor
  • Product and Operations approvals
  • Review of Functional Requirements to Business Requirements to ensure Technology has understood and met the end users’ needs/expectations
  • Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
  • Partner with Technology, Product and Operations Management Teams to prioritize delivery of key projects
  • Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques
  • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
  • Successfully compete for the most sought-after business analyst jobs
  • Lead team of business analysts and testers to achieve on-time and with-quality production delivery dates for system enhancements for multiple Trade projects
  • Collaboration with Technology on any project delays, risk assessment and risk mitigation plans
  • Project Status reporting to Project Stakeholders, Product and Operations Partners
  • Prepare Post project MIS, lessons learned and conduct continuous process improvement reviews
  • Understand the bank environment and compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Work with regional and global team and implement the best standards across teams


  • 10-15 years of managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 2 years in a professional management role
  • 7+ years of work experience in banking, may include consumer or transaction services, financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination of with at least 5 years relevant experience Business Analysis role
  • A firm understanding and working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent Trade Product Knowledge is required
  • Ability to lead and influence people across cultures at a senior level using expert business judgment, excellent communication and listening skills, and resourcefulness
  • Manages ambiguity and adapts to and drives change
  • Appropriately assesses risk / reward relationships when making decisions
  • Strategic thinker to make appropriate decision for team and organization growth
  • Ability to take ownership and lead projects with a proactive, not reactive, approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (eg, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Willing to take ownership, and able to independently drive initiatives to conclusions
  • Ability to perform well in a high pressure, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • MBA/Project Management is preferred
