Description
 
  • Perform technical design, development, code reviews, testing, validation and implementation of application processes
  • Create detailed technical documentation for assigned projects
  • Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
  • Learn and Adapt to New tools/processes as required 
  • Ensure stability of existing application processes and focus on improving the platform / processes
  • Work closely with Production support and Infrastructural support groups as needed

 


Qualifications
 
  • Around 10-12 years of hands-on professional experience working on design / development and support for Java / J2EE based applications
  • Technical Expertise – Core Java, Multithreading, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, Ajax, CSS, Bootstrap, UI framework (Flex / Angular), Tibco, Oracle, SQL, Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, design patterns, Webservices, Application server (Websphere / Tomcat)
  • Bachelor’s degree MCA /B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech (in computers, information technology or engineering)
  • Experience of working on complex and medium to large projects in the past
  • Ability to mentor the junior developers and drive the project delivery 
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with global team members and clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong work ethic with focus on adding value to the team
  • Candidate should be willing to work extended hours in order to interact with onshore team or as per project demand
