  • This position in the Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) reports in to the Enterprise Infrastructure group which in turn is part of the Citigroup Enterprise O&T division. ESC aims to deliver world-class end to end supply chain operations to Citigroup through Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management, Supplier Risk Management and Supply Chain Operations including purchase processing and payables

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will execute a wide range of Supply Chain support activities, both quantitative and qualitative in nature to support program management
  • Primarily support the tracking of the portfolio of development initiatives, programs, risks, and issues within the milestone process which is reported to the Technology Business Heads, and has high visibility across senior technology managers
  • Understand and execute on Enterprise Supply Chain systems vision and processes
  • Support the Program Managers, Business Analysts and Development Teams by answering questions and resolving/escalating issues related to the project technological process
  • Schedule meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Assist in training recruiting contract resources
  • Manage a project team (consisting of support staff and/or entry-level analysts)
  • Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues
  • Ensure creation of project plan and charter, requirements, testing, risk/issue log and approvals
  • Ensure resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment
  • Ensure change control is executed throughout project. Identify, document, and understand project dependencies
  • Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition. Track actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed
  • Measure project management performance against standards. Ensure appropriate project staffing levels
  • Establish project communication needs and create project communication plan. Create the project risk management plan
  • Work with procurement team to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts
  • Manage and execute project deliverables in line with the project plan and milestones
  • Prepare status reports and presentations for senior management

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education plus experience
  • Intermediate to senior level experience in an IT project leadership role
  • Demonstrated strong execution capabilities
  • 2-5 years of Program or Project Management Experience that managed small to medium, cross-functional projects
  • Previous program/project management, consulting and/or technology
