Ensure daily processing of all loan activity including utilization of the Flexcube/Credit Platform/WINS product processors.
Responsible for ensuring all activity is conducted in accordance with audit policy, procedure and appropriate controls
Maintain or exceed key performance identifiers at or above published expectations.
Manage processing of daily loan activity within highly demanding timelines and competing priorities.
Ensure compliance of all activity within the terms of applicable credit agreement.
Provide feedback to management of any potential client or control issues within the Operations.
Identify process or procedural improvements within the Ops group with both internal and external partners to create efficiencies.
Qualifications • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Customer/client facing experience in a Financial Institution or related industry a plus• Previous experience with Flexcube product processor is a plus• experience with accounting and reconciliation a plus• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients• A good working knowledge Excel, Outlook, MS Office, and experience with web based applications required• Excellent organizational and time management skills a must
• Must be able to handle highly demanding counterparties and desks
• Must think independently and resolve potential issues for future processing while being able to work in a team environment
• able to effectively analyze legal documentation such as credit agreements
