As a Welfare and Support Officer, you will be responsible of handling an effective administrative support function within the Cabin Crew Welfare Department. You will provide care and support to Cabin Crew who are recognized as being in need of counseling through illness or other personal challenges.
You will be required to monitor Cabin Crew absences which may be due to sickness or non-availability for duty, and provide them with the required guidance.
This role involves liaising with internal and external departments for any employee related issues whilst ensuring that all stakeholders are up to date with the latest information.
You must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferably in sociology, psychology or in similar field with a minimum of 4 years of job related experience. Experience in social work, counselling or similar field would be an added advantage. You should have excellent people management skills, excellent communication skills, be able to influence others and be proficient in MS Office. You must be able to work on shifts including night shifts.
Holding a valid Qatar Driving License will be an added advantage.
