We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Biomedical Scientist to join the Immunology team as a senior BMS.

The laboratory is well equipped with automated equipment; Immunocap 250 analysers, the Helena protein systems (CZE & SAS), Binding Site Optilite, Beckman Coulter flow cytometer, ELISA processors (Best 2000) and a Beeline slide processor. Experience with some of these machines would be an advantage.

Knowledge of laboratory based computers, audits, SOPs, ISO standards and quality is essential. You must also be able to demonstrate evidence of CPD, contribution to service development, problem solving skills plus the support and development of staff. We require are an ability to work within a team, good technical proficiency, good communication and presentation skills.

Candidates with significant Blood Sciences experience with transferable skills will be considered.
