Grade: HC10 Salary Scale: £37,485 - £40,989 Full time 35 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months
This is a new and exciting opportunity to share your expertise as an experienced practitioner and directly assist Social Work Team Managers with their duties and responsibilities.
Working to the Social Work Team Managers within your District, you will provide leadership, advice, support and guidance to social workers and social care staff within your District Teams in order to meet professional standards and service objectives as set out within the terms of legislation, policy, guidance and delegated responsibilities.
You will contribute to service improvement and quality of practice of the District Teams and ensure their contribution to the delivery of Integrated Health and Social Care for the adult population of Inverness East or West. This is an important time of change in NHS Highland's approach to service delivery and the post holder will have an important role in supporting team members through the change process.
Applicants should be a qualified Social Worker and have a minimum of two years post qualifying experience working in Adult Care. You should also be able to demonstrate a strong track record in collaborative working. For more details please refer the person specification.
