Drive acquisition, maintain and explore dynamic external channel resources and internal partners, e.g. PE, VC, audit firms, associations, capital market players, to acquire new customers and maintain high profile customers performance
Strong analytical and market research skills, consistent monitor market trends and conduct market & industry analysis to formulate appropriate value proposition and provide valuable insights for business development, as well as data mining and market sizing projects
Drive and coordinate with internal parties onshore and offshore to identify, negotiate and establish partnerships to bring in effective referral/partnership channel, promote the cross-border, cross business units referrals and collaborations, support to CCB overall business growth and clients penetration
Leverage digitalization system & platforms, to enhance sales management, pro-actively explore digital tools to improve productivity and efficiency, to support Business heads, Business segments, close monitoring the business performance and ensure the business to run with set marketing acquisition and development strategies and business targets
Plan, organize and execute for country-level major events, including client events, trainings, seminars; develop effective loyalty programs, gifts and campaigns to strengthen cross-sell and further deepen client relationships;
Coordinate with Business Planning and Product Team to apply appropriate marketing/product strategy, enhance client experience and cross selling opportunties
Partner with Corp affairs, Regional & Global Marketing team, support on internal communications and external initiatives to promote CCB visibility internally and externally among the market and industry
Support with CCB team build-up and talent cultivation initiatives and projects (e.g. VOE, CCB award programs and coordinate with various types of trainings and sharing)
Coordinate and support with on-going and ad-hoc marketing administrative coordination and projects (e.g. Supplier & Vendor management)
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above
A minimum of 3 years marketing function experience, preferably in a financial service, commerce environment
Highly self-motivated individual with a strong solution-orientation; with good team spirit and high responsibility
Hands-on experience in marketing development and channel development, marketing research, knowledge on Public Relations and branding
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Database knowledge is a plus
Good knowledge of the banking industry, able to concisely articulate and explain banking product needs and solutions
Good command of Chinese and English in both oral and written communications
