Citi has made it a priority to foster a culture where the best people want to work, where individuals are promoted based on merit, where we value and demand respect for others and where opportunities to develop to are widely available to all. Commercial Banking Group Implementation Managers are responsible in providing superior service in coordinating the implementation of Cash Management and Treasury products in the US and International markets.  This includes the completion of required customer agreements and documents by clients of the Commercial Business Group. This position will work closely with the Commercial Banking Cash Management Treasury Sales Team and their Clients. Must be articulate, accountable, and maintain a high level of professionalism. In order to ensure products /services are processed and executed to industry and internal standards, and client expectations the individual will work with multiple service partners throughout Citi, as well as the TTS, ASU and Cash Management Enrollment Unit. This position will require team work and independent interaction with assigned clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving implementation-related issues in a responsible and timely manner. It is fundamental that the individual be knowledgeable about all Cash Management Product offerings (i.e. International Account Opening, Domestic Foreign Currency Account Opening, ACH Origination, Controlled Disbursement, Zero Balance Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Citibusiness Online, Remote Check Deposit, etc.). Implementation requests received and managed will be for multiple client platforms.The information listed within this description is intended to indicate the general nature and level of work.   • Assist Clients and IMs with technical specifications and expertise for new or maintenance implementations.  May include one-on-one support, assisting with client calls, etc.
  • Handle, or assist with, complex implementations
  • Serve as first point of contact for escalated technical issues on implementations
  • Coordinate with specific product technical support groups in resolving implementation issues
  • Work on new product rollouts from an implementation and technical perspective
  • Aid in the development of processes and procedures
  • Provide new hire product implementation training and process change training for the CMIU team

  • 6-10 years’ experience working in implementation management in the Financial Services Industry
  • 6+ years demonstrated experience in project management
 Education Level
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
