As a Training Officer, you will work closely with the Manager Training and Recruitment to develop and execute service excellence training for our Ground Services team. You will analyse the customer journey across the airport terminal, create standards and best practice for each touch point. You will develop training plans and delivers training to ensure all staff are prepared to deliver a high level of service.
Your key accountabilities include:
You have Bachelor's degree preferably in HR or Training degree, with 4 years of job-related experience. You will have Airport Operations experience and has managed a multi-cultural team. You are knowledgeable on airport processes and technical requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should be proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Project management skills. You should have strong verbal and written command of English Language and ability to write training syllabus, SOP, LOP and training guides. You should have high level of personal presentation and public speaking skills.
