Business Analyst for API delivery across different regions and systems.
Complete ownership of APIs from discovery phase to transition.
Work closely with key stakeholders to define clear business requirements.
Maintain API catalogue / inventory.
Actively work on maintaining and prioritizing demand backlog
Participate in planning sessions.
Evaluate opportunities and bring forward proposals to improve and expand API delivery
Perform functional testing and ensure requirements are understood and implemented as requested.
Keep an eye on reusability.
Be a single point of contact for business and technical teams.
Capable of modelling API request / response structure with an aim of ensuring easy and global adoption of API.
Qualifications / Skills:
Minimum 5 – 10 years of Business Analysis experience.
Well versed with Banking business processes like Customer, Transaction Accounts, Payments and Lending etc. and good understanding of Domain Modelling.
Adept in Agile methodology.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Team player with proven track record of taking initiative and ownership of deliverables.
Past experience on payments, digital or onboarding is a plus.
Preferred experience of working on global projects.
Aware of messaging industry standards within banking (ex: ISO 20022)
