The Subledger Operations Department is responsible for reviewing, processing and balancing financial transactions received from various business partners.  The processes consists of over 130M transactions and totaling over $65B monthly.  This candidate will be responsible for over 4.3M transactions/$8.6B while dealing directly with Client transactions and General Ledger accounts.

Later shift required for end of night balancing of 11 markets.  Must follow department escalation processes.  Hours are from 10:00 am - 06:30 pm.


High School Diploma/GEID Required.


Functional Skills:  Accounting background and research / investigation experience is helpful. Have a basic understanding of accounting debits and credits.

Technical Skills:  Excel, Outlook, 10-key


Other requirements:  Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to meet daily deadlines (sense of urgency is crucial).
