Purpose of Role:

*Mange the recruitment and appointment processes for Senior Medical Officers (SMO) and Visiting Medical Officers (VMO) across Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH).
*Coordinate the effective and efficient recruitment and appointment of Resident Medical Officers (Interns, House Officers and Registrars) to RBWH. 
*Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment and retention strategies as appropriate for a high performance medical workforce in a tertiary, quaternary hospital.
