About your opportunity
The Community Health Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care utilising clinical skills, education and support to patients and nursing staff, to ensure the delivery of best practice and quality patient care. Activities include, but not limited to, support central intake, post-acute and hospital avoidance services, implementing plans of care, general clinic duties and assistance wound care.
Generous remuneration package value up to $101,243 p.a. comprising salary range of $68,977 to $88,474 p.a. (Nurse Grade 5), 17.5% leave loading, 12.75 % employer contribution to superannuation.
