About the role:


You will be responsible for leading and directing the design, development, delivery and evaluation of all of knowledge management content and artefacts for Queensland Health's Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) solution.

What we are looking for:

You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under ‘Your key responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following:


  • Demonstrated expert knowledge in the design and development of knowledge management content and artefacts, processes and activities, including the ability to manage the design, creation, packaging and maintenance of knowledge resources.

  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) and other usability standards, as well as user interface design methodologies.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in designing, building and deploying instructor e-learning modules using real-time technology.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of current instructional design theories and principles applicable to both online and instructor-led learning programs.

  • High level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise and influence others and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.

  • Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring an effective team in IM/ICT program/project(s) environment and establishing a positive and productive team culture.
