Sales, Distribution and Business Development plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions through the right channels to the right customer segments. The team is responsible for implementing distribution strategy, driving the delivery of market leading retail customer experiences and thereby maximising customer satisfaction.

 

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Acquisition Specialist.

 

Principal responsibilities

  • ​Achieve monthly activity objectives such as road shows attended, customer engagement during road shows and number of successful sign ups of credit cards
  • Interact face to face with local and foreign card or loan customers
  • Ensure continuous improvement in quality and productivity rates
  • Ensure full compliance with the Bank processes and quality standards  
 

Qualifications

 

Requirements

  • ​​Possess at least a GCE O or N level and above
  • Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having relevant customer service experience will be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable and willing to learn
  • Highly driven to excel in a focused and fast paced environment
  • Strong passion for achieving objectives
  • Proficient in English and at least a local language in order to be able to interact with local and foreign customers
