Accertify's suite of products and services help e-commerce companies grow their business by driving down the total cost of fraud, simplifying business processes, and ultimately increasing revenue. This role within Accertify’s product team is a fantastic opportunity to drive Enterprise User Experience best practices into each Accertify product, service and process. We are looking for someone who is passionate about user experience and is thrilled to work on behalf of our global product team to support them in adopting and implementing a user experience mindset. The UX Product Analyst will support and drive continued improvements to the customer experience from client implementation to account management. This role is key to determining best practices, identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and resolution management.  Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Accertify’s Product and Software Development teams in leveraging design thinking and user experience methods for their individual business needs
  • Contribute to the improvement of the user experience of products and services
  • Participate in user research activities from generative (interviews, observations) to evaluate (usability testing, card sorting)
  • Follow established user research, user experience and interaction design methods
  • Assist Product Managers and/or Senior designers with large projects and lead user experience tasks on small projects
  • Provide tactical support for user research activities such as scheduling user interview, taking notes, transcribing recorded interviews and moderating sessions.
  • Create UX deliverables such as user stories/requirements, flow diagrams, sketches, wireframes, clickable prototypes, and UI specifications based on user research insights
  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to build business requirement documentation
  • Supporting product and internal teams around feature deployment and launch
  • Development\Coordination of internal\external facing documentation for product features
  • Support UAT testing of new and existing business capabilities
  • Involvement in design engineering of features
  • Complying with AXP product-related policies
  • Leading special projects
  • You have at least 1+ year experience with UX, HCI, design thinking, user research and/or interaction design concepts, including the production of UX deliverables and execution of user research
  • You are passionate about enterprise user experience
  • You are interested in learning about all aspects of user experience, including research, information architecture, interaction design and service design
  • You know how to evaluate an application based on a set of criteria and product clear and concise recommendations
  • Ability to build and manage effective relationships with internal and external partners
  • Proven ability to independently overcome obstacles and resolve complex problems
  • You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and you take initiative to seek clarity
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You have a portfolio with at least one UX project you walk through from beginning to end
  • Visual or graphic design or UI development skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing, computer science, interaction design, cognitive science or other related field
