Citi has made it a priority to foster a culture where the best people want to work, where individuals are promoted based on merit, where we value and demand respect for others and where opportunities to develop are widely available to all.Job Description:This position will be part of the overall Treasury & Trade Solutions (TTS) CLIENT OPERATIONS – Service Innovation and Readiness group.   The team is responsible for developing and executing against a multi-year strategic roadmap for investment of service-oriented tools including our service tracking, workflow management, and omni-channel support tool. This role will specifically work within the Global STaRS team. STaRS (Service Tracking and Reporting System) is TTS’ global inquiry management tool. Job Summary:  Lead STaRS requirements management process to Identify global enhancements to the platform for TTS Client Operations working collaboratively with business users. Partner with Technology to implement and drive process improvements and standardization across the platform globally.Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with Client Operations & Product partners to ensure a strong and detailed business case is in place with confirmed benefits
  • Act as a solution architect and advocate for change on behalf of our business and clients, by providing well-thought out recommendations on the best utilization of Pega capabilities and enhancements
  • Identify organizational challenges and collaborate with business partners on designing global solutions that improve our clients’ experience
  • Support efforts to drive high rates of end user adoption; identify opportunities to continuously improve application usability based on key performance indicators
  • Build and maintain in depth knowledge of the Pega capabilities and STaRS platform
  • Be a subject matter expert for all managed initiatives and drive to effective completion
  • Develop full scale project plans with defined project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop and maintain appropriate training material for enhancements implemented
  • Lead the planning and execution of project plans to enhance the STaRS platform within budget and timelines
  • Provide clear and concise project status reports and updates to senior management in the region on a regular basis including project progress, problems and solutions
  • Deliver post project evaluation and impact assessment to ensure identified benefits have been met.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders
  • Coordinate and support project team and ensure timely deliverables
  • Develop business requirements and for large enhancements ensure UAT and production testing efforts for related functionality
  • Work closely with Technology to ensure clear understanding of requirements, requests are sized promptly and that the system development meets the business needs
  • Proactively identify and drive to completion action items without the need for multiple follow-ups with management

  • Experience with Pega/STaRS or comparable application
  • Waterfall, Agile and equivalent project management methodologies 
  • Change management experience
  • Understanding of corporate cash management principle and treasury acumen
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker, innovative
  • Well-developed working knowledge of the TTS service business and the upstream and downstream influences
  • Energetic; demonstrated ability as a collaborative team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • 5-7 years’ experience in relevant field (business process management, change management, requirements gathering, process automation)
