The Decision Management organization provides critical insights and execution to drive acquisition and customer deepening through digital and non-digital channels.  Over the past year, the need to develop and quickly launch compelling offers in the markets we serve has created growth in customer enrollment and fulfillment.  This role will support the fulfillment of targeted marketing incentive campaigns for NA Retail Bank. The incumbent will fully support all facets of fulfillment from a technical aspect.

This role will provide key technical support to all stages of the campaign lifecycle including, but not limited to, software development and testing, analytics, reporting, ETL, data mining, and data process and architecture improvements.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Credit all cash and non-cash marketing awards to the pertinent posting systems
  • Interface with the client contact center to maintain closed information loop on all qualification activities
  • Query internal and external systems and databases to generate reporting and analytics
  • Ensure proper tracking of defects and quality metrics through every phase of the campaign lifecycle
  • Provide recommendations to management regarding improvements and opportunities regarding infrastructure, operating guidelines and procedures, audit and business reporting, and timely issue resolution.
  • Effectively present findings to USRBM DM Leadership Team and business stakeholders

 


Qualifications
 

 

Database marketing professional with experience in list development, campaign management, or other analytical role, preferably within the financial services industry.

  • B.S. or B.A. required. M.S. or M.A. preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Advanced Base SAS certification or equivalent working knowledge required
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms, including unix/linux and mainframe
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, and other relevant tools a plus
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for quality and accuracy
  • Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
