Team/Position Overview:

 

Trade Treasury Services TTS provides transaction and banking services to Citi’s Institutional Clients, and is truly a global organisation, having a presence in over 100 countries.  TTS is one of the strongest businesses at Citi, delivering consistent quarter-on-quarter profitability and growth. 
The TTS Dublin Technology team offers a unique opportunity to work closely with product, operations and innovation teams globally, to build the next generation of global platforms across a number of business lines and technologies.

 

 

We are looking for a Senior Technology Program Manager to be responsible for organizing  and  tracking projects for a major visibility, multi-year program in our organization. As the Program Manager of a multi-million technology program to support the organization's strategic direction, you will supervise and organize activities and Technical solutions to ensure that project goals align with the company’s objectives. 

 

 

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.


 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
  • Participate in all senior stakeholder meetings and workshops
  • Work with the SME within the development organization to come up with a high level technical solution plan
  • Develop status and senior reporting activities to allow transparency on the progress of our mission
  • Create and manage long-term goals in support of the strategic direction.
  • Work with the major stakeholders to ensure the budget and operating plan for the program stays on track. Escalate when necessary
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure achievement of project goals
  • Meetings with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  • Analyze and report on program risks and remediation.

Qualifications
 

Experience and Skills:

  • Extensive years of relevant work experience
  • Background in accounting, finance and payments industry
  • Demonstrated evidence of experience in Program Management
  • Demonstrated evidence of experience in Technical Architecture
  • Strategic Planning and execution
  • End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple layers of complexity.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Very strong written and oral communication skills
  • Maintains composure in the face of highly ambiguous environments and constant change
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
  • Bachelor’s Degree of Equivalent
